Information gathered by Agoo news indicates that, a 4 year old boy who got missing last Monday has been found at Anyinam.
According to the Anyinam District Police Commander DSP Daniel Wiafe, “On Monday the police had information on their Police Eastern Regional Officers Security platform to the effect that a child of four years by name Mansur Mohammed has got missing from School.
He added that: “Apparently, somebody went for him and since then his whereabouts was unknown to the parents.
The Eastern Regional Command notified all Districts closer to Nkawkaw to be on alert and by his grace early this morning Shaibu Zubeiru who lives at Menskrom Junction (Anyinam) brought in victim Mansur Mohammed who happens to be the missing child to Anyinam Station.
Upon inquiries police got to know that he’s the very person who has gotten missing since Monday.
So the District Command laised with Nkawkaw District Police Command and they confirmed he’s the very one who has gotten missing since Monday.
We have the parents and they have identify him so at the moment the Nkawkaw District Crime Officer ASP Samuel Opoku Korang is here, and according to police tradition we are to hand over the boy.” DSP Daniel Wiafe told Ebenezer Kojo Nyavor (K-Lover) at his office Wednesday.
The father of the 4yr old boy Mohammed Abudulai and a family member Barakisu Saani who were at the station expressed excitement over the news.
The father was captured in a video as he knelt to thank Allah before welcoming his son in a warm embrace.
Mansur Mohammed was kidnapped by a woman who carried herself as errand for the parents.
The victim attends iffradulai preparatory school, nkawkaw zongo.
In the afternoon, around 12:20pm on Monday 22 March 2021, a lady who dressed in hijjab entered the school and went to the headmaster’s office pretended to have been sent by the parents (victim mother) to assist bring them home.
She took five of the pupils belong to the same father but different mothers and on their way home she bolted with MANSUR MOHAMMED.
The four pupils went home and reported to their parents. MANSUR is 4years old and speaks Twi and hausa. The four pupils also age 4,5,6 and 6.5years.
